Villa Bubi
is a newly built villa in a small tourist resort Štinjan near Pula and Brioni archipelag, situated on the south-west coast of Istra. It is sited at 15 km from Pula airport, 3.5 km from town center of Pula and 2.5 km from a fishing village Fažana, and Kozada, Jerolim and Brioni Islands are close by. Villa Bubi was built in year 2002. it is situated 350 m from the beach and it has a beautiful view on the sea and Brioni archipelago. It has its own parkingplace for 10-15 cars and disposes of a laundry and two smaller garden barbecues. The beauty of Villa Bubi is fullfilled with a 25 m2 cloak room with open fire.
